LILONGWE (MaraviPost)--Death has been announced of Ruth Tembo, wife to former President of the main opposition Malawi Congress Party (MCP), John Tembo. Mrs. Ruth Tembo, who was from Lesotho, died on Monday at city centre clinic in Malawi's capital - Lilongwe after a short illness. In an interview with the local media, Mr Morgan Tembo speaking on behalf of the bereaved family said the burial arrangements will be announced later. Mutharika declares ten districts 'disaster areas' as 23,000 Malawians are displaced by floods
